About Kathryn
My company is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance and I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
I received my initial training from Ahern's School of Massage Therapy in California (2001) and continued my education and Washington State Licensensure through Port Townsend School of Massage (2005). I use integrated therapy to tailor visits to each individual customer's needs utilizing the skills of Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Reiki, Muscle Energy Techniques and Structured Relief Therapy.
My background includes 23 years in the Fire Service as a volunteer firefighter and 21 years as a Senior Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). I teach for the American Heart Association
and Grays Harbor College. My years of experience in the medical field combined with over 1000 hours of training in massage has given me great insight to illness and injury treatments.
I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver the best service in the industry.

About Carolyn
Carolyn is a certified Reflexologist and received her training from the Internantional School of Reflexology and Meridian Therapy in Olympia, WA. Carolyn has been in practice since September of 2007 using a skill that stimulates the lymphatic, nerve and blood circulation throughout the whole body through the feet. The gentle art of reflexology can aid the body to balance and heal itself and is very relaxing. There are 7,200 nerve endings located in each foot. Those nerves make up specific areas called reflex points (reflexology). By stimulating or "reflexing" these nerves a message is sent through the nervous system to the brain, allowing more oxygen and blood flow to the cells of the body. This helps break up congestion in the bodys nervous system stimulating the body's natural healing process.
Carolyn lives with her family in Elma and has been a guest speaker at many local events on the subjects of health, nutrition and natural healing.
